Shipping Policy

At Fragrantly. we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping. We currently offer standard shipping on all Australian Domestic orders. We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your shipping location. You will be able to view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before you submit your payment.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Return Policy

At Fragrantly. we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange only within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be undamaged and in the original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at orders@fragrantly.co and include your order number, the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item(s).

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item(s). We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange can be organised via email, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your exchanged product(s).

For defective products, please contact us at orders@fragrantly.co within 5 days of receiving your order and include photographic evidence to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance, sale or custom-made items.
